If you have an account with the “My Hours Back” app, developed by Reventropy Tech Limited, and would like to delete the account and data, you can take the following actions.

Delete Account / Close Account

  • In the “My Hours Back” app,
    • Go to Settings > My Account
    • Scroll to the bottom of screen
    • Press “Delete Account”

For accounts that are Deleted / Closed, the data related to these accounts are automatically deleted from the system within 90 days.

However, if you would like the data to be deleted earlier, then please follow the below procedure.

Delete Data Request

While deleted accounts are no longer valid for login or authentication into the “My Hours Back” app and the data in the system is removed, you may desire to keep the account active but delete all existing related data.

If you would like all data related to your account be deleted from the system, then please do the following:

  • Send an email to admin@myhoursback.com requesting the data deletion. Please mention the account email user Id.
  • Admin team behind My Hours Back app (part of the Reventropy Tech Limited) will then get in touch within 15 working days.
  • After confirming your request and verification of user, admin team will take action to delete all data related to your account and send back the confirmation email.
